This is our minimum call-out rate. This charge accounts for time to pick up materials the technician needs before coming to the job, travel time, and the first hour and a half of labour.
For every hour after the call-out rate. Applies Monday to Friday 7am-5pm.
Helper rate is only charged on larger jobs where an apprentice is needed to assist to ensure a smoother and quicker completion of the project.
Regular rates are subject to a 25% increase on weekends or after hours.
