Typical Rates *Subject to Change*
Technicians Minimum Call-out Rate
$260
This is our minimum call-out rate. This charge accounts for any materials the technician needs to pick up before he/she comes to the job as well as the travel time taken to get there.
Regular Hourly Rate
$130
This is our regular time hourly rate (Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm)
Emergency Call-out/After Hours Rate
$150/HR
24/7 emergency call-out (Emergency rates are applied outside the hours of 7am - 5pm, Monday-Friday)
Typical Gas Hot Water Tank Replacement
$2500
Pricing for installation of a typical 40 Gallon, Gas Hot Water Tank. This price includes removal of old tank and installation of new tank, brought up to todays standard code
Typical Sewer Blockage Rates
$450
This is an estimate based off previous jobs where we have been called out to un-block a sewage line. This price includes 2hr of technicians time, snake auger of sewer to clear blockage, and a diagnostic of how to limit backups in the future
